The aim of the project development was to complete the existing, neighboring building structure with a multi-storey residential building. Furthermore, the basis for the addition of a garden house was created. On the corner plot with a size of approx. 970 m², a usable area of approx. 3,300 m² was created. The entire floor space is spread over 67 residential units (50 % barriers-free), as well as commercial units on the ground floor.
