On the project area in Berlin-Steglitz, a residential house with villa-charme will be built. With its architectural language the building fits into the character of the neighborhood and increases the value. The project will have 4 residential units, which are partly designed as maisonette-apartments. An elevator allows the barrier-free using of all units. It is planned to supervise the project until completion.
