01 – Wellness oasis Neuglobsow
The former boiler house will soon become a wellness oasis in which body, mind and soul come into harmony. The spa and wellness area is over 600 m2 in size and should offer enough space for all guests and their individual needs. In addition to a Finnish sauna, a salt sauna, an infrared hydrosoft cabin, a covered relaxation room and an open-air outdoor terrace, there are countless sun loungers.
The project is still in the development phase.
02 – Luxurious living on the Wannsee with a view of the lake
Two large and modern residential buildings are being built in an idyllic location at the Großer Wannsee, which will be exclusively complemented by an outdoor pool. Condominiums with a view of the water and an upscale quality of living are to be built here. In addition, an underground garage will provide parking space on the property.
It is planned to manage the project until completion.
03 – Living in Westend
The project development for age-appropriate living space took place in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The aim was a functional, high-quality floor plan, considering age-appropriate / barrier-free aspects. As part of a residential area with a historical character, the buildings are presented in a contemporary architectural language.
The project is currently being implemented.
04 – Highlight in the attic
In the course of the renovation of an attic storey under monumental aspects, 6 high-quality attic storey apartments with a living space of approx.1,000 m² were built. The highlight in the living room are the approx. 100 m² panoramic windows and the galleries. The project was completed in 2015.
