Boardinghouse Mercedes-Benz Arena

In Berlin-Friedrichshain, opposite the Mercedes-Benz Arena, the project development for the new building of a front and garden house was carried out as a gap filling in the existing building structure. The aim was to create living space in the form of fully furnished 1-2 room apartments. The project, in which approx. 1,500 m² of living space could be realized, was supervised until completion in 2020.
